  • It’s always a good idea to clarify with your specific plan provider to avoid any issues with reimbursement. Childbirth preparation and breastfeeding education are explicitly eligible for HSA/FSA use if the class includes medically necessary education.

  • Yes, a Superbill can be provided upon request.

A Superbill is a detailed invoice or receipt that healthcare providers give to patients after a service is rendered. It contains all the necessary information for a patient to submit a claim to their health insurance provider for potential reimbursement. While Superbill is not the same as a bill sent directly to the insurance company, it serves as a bridge between the patient and their insurer.

  • Because you deserve to feel informed, confident, and truly seen as you prepare to meet your baby.

At The Partum Connection, we know that giving birth isn’t just a medical event. It’s a life-changing moment that deserves more than rushed appointments and vague instructions. That’s why our childbirth education goes beyond the basics. It’s personalized, thoughtful, and grounded in both clinical experience and real-life emotional transitions.

When you invest in childbirth education, you’re choosing:

    • Clarity over confusion. We help you understand your medical options so you can make decisions that feel right for you—not just follow what’s handed to you in the moment.

    • Confidence you can trust. Our classes are backed by research and guided by a nurse and IBCLC with 15 + years of experience supporting birthing families in high-volume hospital settings and one-on-one.

    • Support for the whole picture. Birth affects more than your body. It shapes your identity, your relationships, and the way you step into parenthood. We hold space for all of it.

Nearly one in three births in the U.S. is a cesarean. In cities like New York, the number is even higher. But what matters most is your story—your body, your choices, your care team. We help you make a plan that actually fits your life.

This isn’t just a class. It’s a way to feel grounded, respected, and ready.

The partum period is connected.

Customized education with you every step of the way.
